Among the many and varied matters Kathy has handled in the course of her career include successfully representing clients before the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, claims before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Aboard, and numerous matters before the California state courts and in arbitration in a variety of areas including construction, real estate, employment and corporate law.
Kathy's experience in a variety of legal forums, dealing with a myriad of legal issues, has enabled her to deftly navigate the contours of disputes. But in addition to disputes, Kathy also assists clients with transaction matters including business formations, contract drafting and other transactional needs.
